Dosage & Application Method

Note: Always follow site-specific recommendations shared by Amalgam Biotech’s technical team.

Application Method

  • ​Take 100–200 litres of HDPE/FRP/PP dosing tank

  • Mix one day’s dose of NutriServe Aerobic with raw water

  • Dose the solution by gravity or pumping, continuously spread over 24 hours/day

  • Place the dosing tank at the inlet end of the biological tank

  • Alternatively, dissolve NutriServe Aerobic in the storage tank prior to biological tank, ensuring it mixes with raw or partially treated effluent before entering the reactor

Dosage Guidelines

  • ​General sewage dosage: 5 to 15 mg/litre

  • For ETPs, dosage varies depending on wastewater characteristics and load

  • Dose may be optimized based on BOD/COD load, MLSS levels, and plant performance

Safety, Handling and Storage

  • ​Store in a cool, dry place away from moisture and direct sunlight (minimum 2-year stability)

  • Keep the product sealed when not in use

  • Avoid inhalation of dust; use basic PPE such as gloves and mask during handling

  • Non-toxic when used as directed, but not meant for ingestion

  • Keep away from children and untrained personnel
