NutriServe Aerobic - Micronutrients

NutriServe Aerobic is like energy drink for the microbes. NutriServe Aerobic Micronutrients contains a precise combination of vital micronutrients, including Potassium, Magnesium, Manganese, Iron, Zinc, Molybdenum, Calcium, Cobalt, Copper and trace elements, carefully selected to support the metabolic activities of beneficial microorganisms in aerobic treatment systems.

  • Categories: Aerobic micronutrients, micronutrients for aeration tank

NutriServe Aerobic is a water soluble proprietary formulation containing mixture of different micronutrients containing the following:

  • Potassium
  • Magnesium
  • Manganese
  • Iron
  • Zinc
  • Molybdenum
  • Calcium
  • Cobalt
  • Copper etc.

NutriServe Aerobic is stable for minimum of 2 years when stored is cool & dry place.

  • Improves MLSS Settling in the clarifier
  • Increased BOD degradation by higher metabolism
  • Increases capability for sustaining BOD shock loads
  • Increases capability for sustaining flow based shock loads
  • Increases break down of complex compounds into simpler forms
  • Take 100-200 % of HDPE/FRP PP dosing tank.
  • Mix one day dose of NutriServe Aerobic with raw water and dose the solution by gravity/pumping, continuously spread over 24 hours/day.
  • Place the dosing tank at the Inlet end of biological tank. You can also dissolve NutriServe Aerobic In the storage tank prior to biological tank so that it mixes with raw effluent/partially treated effluent before It is fed to biological tank.

In wastewater treatment, bacterua require a balance of nutrients such as carbon & Nitrogen and micronutrient to process water effectively.

The role of those micro nutrients is in assisting enzymes to function iron for example is important in the role of energy harvesting metabolism of most organisms. Adding micronutrient improves the bacteria functioning on a cellular level, thus improving plant efficiency.

Bacterial population and enzyme secretion from bacteria are crucial for sustainable wastewater treatment. Addition of micronutrients with reduced maintenance cost of bacteria addition in wastewater treatment.
