He has over 21+ years of experience in process design in the water and wastewater industry and has a deep understanding of zero-liquid discharge (ZLD) and evaporation technologies. He has extensive experience in designing and implementing effective solutions for wastewater treatment and has a proven track record of success in bio-culture technology.

Knowledgeable and experienced professional who is dedicated to providing innovative and effective solutions for wastewater treatment. In addition to his experience in ZLD and evaporation technologies, has a deep understanding of a wide range of wastewater treatment technologies, including membrane filtration, reverse osmosis, and advanced oxidation. He is well-positioned to help his clients achieve success in the wastewater treatment space.

Dr. Kaushal Sagar

Dr. Kaushal Sagar is a seasoned R&D leader with over 15 years of experience in water chemistry, water treatment technologies, and sensor-based systems. He holds a PhD from the Technical University of Denmark, where his research focused on advanced water treatment and process optimization.

As Director – R&D, Dr. Sagar provides strategic direction for innovation, leading the development of tailored, cost-effective, and energy-efficient solutions across water and environmental technologies. His deep technical expertise enables the organization to translate cutting-edge research into scalable, real-world applications.

Currently based in Singapore, Dr. Sagar is actively engaged as a scientist working on net-zero water technologies, contributing to sustainable and future-ready water management solutions. He is passionate about driving innovation that delivers measurable environmental impact while meeting commercial and operational goals.

Dr. Shailesh Kharkwal

Dr. Shailesh Kharkwal is a distinguished veteran in the water technology and environmental R&D sector, with over 15 years of experience advancing innovative solutions for water quality monitoring, pollutant sensing, and sustainable treatment processes. He holds a PhD from the National University of Singapore (NUS), where his research focused on real-time water quality monitoring and wastewater treatment technologies.

Throughout his career, Dr. Kharkwal has specialized in the development of intelligent pollutant sensing systems, AI-driven process optimization, and cost-effective bioremediation strategies that enhance efficiency and environmental performance. His work bridges cutting-edge science and practical application, enabling proactive water management solutions that anticipate and address contamination challenges in varied aquatic environments.

Currently based in Singapore, Dr. Kharkwal leads research initiatives that integrate advanced sensor technologies, artificial intelligence, and sustainable treatment pathways to deliver impactful R&D outcomes for water security and ecosystem health. Under his leadership, the R&D function continues to push boundaries in smart water technologies and translate breakthrough research into real-world solutions.
