BactaServe Textile Bioculture for Textile Wastewater Treatment
BactaServe Textile is a microbial bioculture that improves wastewater treatment in textile industries by degrading dyes, cellulose, lignin, starch, PVA, and sizing chemicals. It enhances BOD and COD reduction, stabilizes biological activity, and supports efficient ETP performance, making it ideal for textile mills, dyeing units, and composite processing plants.

BactaServe Textile
Pack Size -1Kg
Textile wastewater carries a mix of dyes, surfactants, solids and organic compounds that are difficult to degrade. BactaServe Textile introduces high performance microorganisms that break down dye molecules, convert complex sizing agents into simpler forms and support stable biological activity. This improves BOD and COD reduction and helps the ETP achieve consistent treated water parameters.

How BactaServe Aerobic Works
The microbial strains in this formulation release specific enzymes that target complex organic matter including fats, oils, proteins, starches and other biodegradable pollutants. The microbes help convert these compounds into simpler substances which lowers the overall organic load. The product increases MLVSS levels which improves the strength of the biomass and enhances settling in the secondary clarifier. This results in more stable aeration performance and improved treated water quality.
Dosage and Activation
Mixing Instructions
Mix 1 kg in 20 litres of feed water. For 2 kg use 40 litres and so on.
Dosing Guidelines
Dose as per the daily recommended schedule depending on wastewater flow and organic load.
