​How OdoServe Odour Control Works

OdoServe is formulated to interact with malodour molecules present in the air, especially those generated from decomposing organic material and wastewater.

  • When diluted with water and sprayed or misted into the atmosphere, tiny droplets come in contact with odour-forming compounds. 

  • The active components in OdoServe help engulf and neutralise these molecules, reducing the perception of foul smell rather than simply masking it with fragrance.

  • This action helps reduce VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds) in the treated zone and supports fresher, cleaner air around the facility.

For sensitive production areas where extra moisture is not acceptable (for example, pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals or food manufacturing lines), OdoServe can also be used in a dry vapour system (D-VOC concept). Here, the product is heat-vaporised and distributed as dry vapours through air, providing odour control without adding humidity or water droplets.

  • Dilute OdoServe Odour Control in clean water as per recommended ratio for your plant.

  • Feed the solution to spray lines, high-pressure misting systems or fogging equipment installed in the odour-generating area.

  • Maintain regular dosing during peak odour hours or as suggested after a site study.

Dosage Guidelines

  • Dosage depends on type of industry, odour intensity, air volume, ventilation pattern and local climate.
