NutriServe Aerobic is a water-soluble, micronutrient-based aerobic wastewater process additive designed to improve biological treatment performance in effluent treatment plants (ETP) and sewage treatment plants (STP).
 

It enhances the metabolic activity of microorganisms by supplying essential micronutrients required for enzyme function and biological reactions. This enables faster biodegradation of organic pollutants, improved sludge characteristics, and stable system performance.
 

NutriServe Aerobic does not introduce new bacteria. Instead, it strengthens the performance of existing biomass, making it an effective solution for improving treatment efficiency without any modification to the existing system.

How NutriServe Aerobic Works 

NutriServe Aerobic supplies essential micronutrients required for microbial growth and enzyme activity inside the aeration tank. These nutrients improve the metabolism of existing biomass, enabling microorganisms to consume organic pollutants more efficiently. As microbial activity improves, sludge settling becomes better, complex compounds are broken down faster, and the system becomes more capable of handling variations in organic load and flow. Over time, biological performance stabilizes and treatment efficiency improves consistently. 

Dosage Guidelines 

  • General dosage is 5 to 15 mg per liter for domestic sewage 

  • Dosage for ETP applications varies depending on wastewater characteristics 

  • NutriServe Aerobic should be dissolved in raw water and dosed continuously over 24 hours 

  • Recommended to use a 100–200 liter HDPE/FRP/PP dosing tank 

  • The dosing tank should be placed at the inlet end of the biological tank 

  • It can also be mixed in the storage tank before the biological tank for proper mixing with influent 

  • Technical guidance is available for dosage planning and optimization
